Integrated Clampers H9003...K - outer diameter 129 mm

These clampers come ready to be integrated into devices like pallet bases, tombstones, machine tool tables, etc. They can be mounted with the clamping surface projected above or even with the device surface.
Clampers with Viton® seals (H9003PVIxK) can be used for single or multiple clamping of workpieces in sinking EDM machine applications.
Due to their modular design, the quantity and center distance of the clampers can be customized for the clamping task by machine size, size and weight of workpiece, processing forces, etc.

Used to calibrate the height of H9003...integrated clampers, when flush mounted.

Clamping Bases in G-Alu340

HIRSCHMANN offers standard clamping bases with two, four, or six integrated clampers. The bases can be readily secured to a machine table by toe clamping or integral screws located above the table slots. Standard height of the clamping bases is 50 mm (Z-surface). Standard clamper centerline distances are between 200 and 250 mm. Other distances and clamper configurations are available on request.

H9031.1K Compensating Journals (two-pieces)
Clamping and locating journal used for radial alignment when two or more clampers are used for one fixture. One required per multiple clamper fixture.

H9032.1K Clamping Journals

Self-Centering Vice for Universal Workpiece Clamping

The self-centering vice is a cost-effective, all-purpose workpiece clamping solution for 5-side machining. The 80 mm wide reversible jaws and grip strips offer many clamping possibilities.
