The Fixturing System 4000 is designed for fast and high precision clamping of workpieces in Wire EDMs. The workpieces can be clamped directly in the beams (Basic Set) or via  pallets with fixed workpiece holders to a clamper on the EDM table (Pallet System).
The Fixturing System 4000 fits on all Wire EDMs. All components are made of highest quality stainless steel.

Basic Set 4000
The Basis Set is based of two guide beams, which are mounted on the EDM table, and two continuously adjustable cross beams, between which both small and large workpieces can be held. It is possible to fix a number of workpiece holders, adjusting- and vertical units for holding workpieces at the cross beams. A manual or pneumatic clamper for a fast and high precision clamping and positioning the pallets, can be mounted to the guide beams in a step of 25 mm.

Pallet System 4000

A lot of different workpiece holders, fastened to a pallet can be  clamped with a high precision  to a manual or a pneumatic clamper. The set-up of the workpieces will be done external. This will  be reduce the set-up time in the EDM to a few secounds.
