The HIRSCHMANN Fixturing System 4000 is a very useful workpiece clamping system for all Wire EDMs. It reduces the set-up time for workpiece clamping and gives the possibility to adjust the workpiece very fast, in or outside of the EDM. 
All kinds of workpieces forms (round, square, high, thin aso.) can be easy clamped in this universal Fixturing System.
All components of the Fixturing System are made of highest quality stainless steel. The components are vacuum-hardened and precision ground on the clamping and function surfaces and are also completely surface treated. Daily maintenance and cleaning are required to maintain long life and repeatability.
